The role involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing software systems, as well as creating and executing test scripts to ensure compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities

Develop unit and integration test procedures

Update and create new automation/manual test scripts based on change requests and defects and execute test scripts to ensure the application is fully compliant with specifications

Developing test validation scripts using program-designated languages (e.g., Java and Python)

Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and test methodologies

Experience with automated test tools, including Selenium, Katalon Studio, Cypress

Experience with the effective execution of automation processes

Ability to analyze requirements and formulate design

Ability to test both front end and back applications

Experience with scripting languages

Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems

Experience with the documentation and communication of issues found during any test cycle
