Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare weekly/monthly AP reports
Assist with expense reimbursement and payment scheduling
Maintain organized AP records and support audits

Qualification

Required

Understanding of AP processes, invoicing, and payment cycles
High accuracy and strong attention to detail
Good communication and vendor-handling skills
Credit and background check is required

Preferred
