Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator- Full Time; 9181-308-N
Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens has been providing quality social services for over 125 years, and they are seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator. This role involves supporting Recruiters, coordinating HR systems, and managing the recruitment process including screenings and onboarding of candidates.

Responsibilities
Provides support to all Recruiters within the Agency
Assists and works in concert with the HR Recruiter to fill open positions
Works with the HR team in coordinating, implementing and maintaining human resources systems and ensuring productivity and efficiency throughout the organization
Review and post positions; obtain required approvals for running advertisements
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
Conducts initial screenings/interviews on a consistent set of qualifications
Assists in extending offers of employment to selected candidates
Responsible to process/onboard prospective applicants; input required information in online background check systems; verify credentials and references as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with HRIS or similar database programs
May be required to lift at least 10 lbs
Preferred
Prior Full Cycle Recruitment experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish/English/Chinese preferred
