Responsibilities

Serve as a key member of the executive team to develop and implement long-range goals and strategies, translating complex financial data into actionable business insights

Report on and analyze plant-level performance, inventory controls, and production costs to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes

Optimize working capital, including inventory management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, which is crucial in a capital-intensive manufacturing setting

Collaborate on developing effective pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in global markets

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and geopolitical risks, including currency fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, and cybersecurity threats

Ensure rigorous compliance with all local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and tax regulations across all operational jurisdictions

Establish and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting

Lead efforts to help integrate newly acquired business into the organization

Required

Track record of success as a Hands-on, Corporate (not Divisional) CFO for PE-owned global manufacturing business with revenues of $100M+ in manufacturing

Experience leading post close integration

Prior experience working with private equity backed companies with direct line of communication to the sponsor

Ability to be hands on in the CFO seat

We must fill this role immediately. Ability to start in 2 weeks

Travel: This role will require monthly travel or on a as needed basis in the east coast
