Human Resources Intern

Arezzo&Co is seeking a motivated & detail oriented Human Resources Intern to join their US ARZZ International team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist with posting jobs, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews
Support new hire onboarding and help organize orientation sessions
Help maintain and update employee records and HR systems
Assist in planning team-building activities and engagement initiatives
Participate in HR projects such as training, policy updates, or performance review support
Provide general admin support to the HR team (e.g., scheduling, filing, documentation)

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment
Interest in building a career in human resources or people operations
