Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for large-scale structures
Perform energy and life cycle analyses for mechanical systems
Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams on integrated building designs
Contribute to technical reports, specifications, and drawing packages
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5-10 years of previous HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems experience
Ability or willingness to get licensure
Strong knowledge of ventilation, heating, air conditioning, and control systems
Experience with plumbing and fire protection system design
Excellent written, verbal, and team communication skills
Proficient in relevant design and modeling software
Preferred
Knowledge of lighting and electrical systems is a plus
