Technical Consultant - Salesforce & GTM Systems
Candybox is a specialist RevOps & GTM Technology consultancy founded in 2019 to help B2B technology companies scale their operations through expert Revenue Operations, Salesforce, and HubSpot services. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring successful partnerships, and delivering high-quality services on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Identify and scope customer needs (both business and technical)
Identify opportunities for our customers to gain more value through our services via expansions and upsells
Communicate the various services that Candybox can provide
Understand what resources, tools and individuals on the Candybox side are needed to deliver on these services to solve customer needs
Be proactive and persistent in keeping people and projects accountable
Ensure that we deliver our services on time, at a high level of quality, and within budget
Leading internal and customer-facing meetings
Creating, updating, assigning and managing customer requirements
Creating and organizing customer documentation
Demoing new builds
Project managing implementations, large projects, and ongoing engagements
Working with the Build team to create technical specifications, size requirements, and build out clever and scalable solutions
Holding Quarterly Business Reviews
Providing transparency on customer usage and budget
Building relationships within assigned accounts and identify opportunities to broaden our reach within the company
Qualification
Required
Has prior experience either in RevOps/GTM Systems (ideally in a SaaS environment), or has worked previously as an Engagement Manager, Consultant, Solutions Engineer or similar role where you are responsible for client success
Has strong Salesforce knowledge, and ideally knowledge of other common GTM technologies (e.g. HubSpot, Chili Piper, Ironclad, Gong, Stripe, CPQ etc)
Has a strong understanding of GTM systems architecture, capabilities and best practices
Feels comfortable both designing and building out solutions within Salesforce for customers using features such as Flow
Feels energized learning new technologies and diving into complex environments
Is self-motivated and feels comfortable directing others to achieve goals
Loves working with people and naturally develops strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike
Is motivated to achieve strong results for the people they serve
Is comfortable challenging the status quo in a diplomatic fashion
Has strong attention to detail
Proactively drives projects to closure
Is self-disciplined and well-organized
Enjoys a sense of guided freedom in their day-to-day work without too much direct hand holding
Has strong written and verbal communication
