Own high-value PI files end-to-end: pleading through trial—discovery, depos, experts, mediation/negotiation, trial prep and first/second-chair opportunities
Lead & mentor: Run pre-lit teams (5–8 pods) and oversee medical treatment strategy
Raise the bar: Drive strategy, craft liability/causation narratives, and collaborate 'all-hands' on hot files
