Responsibilities
Manage and lead technical event operations, including event technology setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless coordination during events
Manage a team, resolving technical issues in real-time
Liaise with clients for event requirements
Maintain high-quality standards in event delivery
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Technical Support, with a strong ability to address and resolve technical challenges during event execution
Skilled in Project Management to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of event technology and logistics
Strong Team Management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate employees for successful event delivery
Capable of conducting Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve event technology and processes
Possess excellent Analytical Skills to assess technical needs, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Preferred
Experience in the event technology or trade show industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
