Regional Sales Manager – Southeast U.S.
Aquascape, Inc. is a leading North American company specializing in the design and installation of water features. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Southeast U.S. territory, focusing on developing new business and managing customer relationships to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Achieve individual and regional sales goals with a base salary plus monthly commission structure
Identify, develop, and manage growth opportunities within the assigned territory
Build and execute a strategic sales call plan based on account potential
Conduct regular in-person customer visits and site meetings
Lead new product launches and drive adoption across accounts
Monitor competitive activity and market trends
Maintain an annual personal sales plan aligned with regional objectives
Provide regular reports on customer needs, challenges, and opportunities
Build strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive communication
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Partner closely with inside sales to deliver exceptional customer service
Deliver product and sales training to customers and retailers as needed
Represent Aquascape at trade shows, regional events, and company-sponsored events
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving goals
Experience managing a defined sales territory
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Solid understanding of revenue and profitability drivers
Willingness to travel (approximately 3–4 days per week)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Sales experience in a related industry
