Responsibilities
Architect and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ 8.4 and ISC for identity lifecycle, governance, and compliance
Design and develop custom workflows, rules, and connectors in SailPoint IIQ
Integrate SailPoint with healthcare applications and directories (AD, LDAP)
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure HIPAA and HITRUST compliance
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance to IAM engineers and developers
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues across SailPoint and integrated systems
Prepare architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years in IAM with at least 4+ years in SailPoint IIQ architecture and implementation
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ 8.x and Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Strong knowledge of Java, Beanshell scripting, REST APIs, and SailPoint customization
Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST)
Expertise in directory services (AD, LDAP) and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Preferred
SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect
SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Certification
Experience in cloud IAM deployments and Zero Trust architecture
Experience with Delinea PAM for privileged access management
Exposure to Entra ID for identity federation
Knowledge of PingOne for SSO and MFA
