Responsibilities
Deliver first-level technical support for all system/software applications related to inbound customer interactions
Efficiently use trouble ticketing systems, ensuring accurate documentation and minimal open ticket backlog
Escalate complex issues immediately when necessary
Participate in quality control testing of modified or new product lines when assigned
Assist team members within and outside the department with customer-related issues as needed
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all communications
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least six months' experience in a Help Desk, Call Center, Support Desk, or Customer Support environment
Minimum six months' experience communicating with customers by phone
Strong computer literacy, particularly with PCs; SQL experience is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a commitment to quality customer service
Highly motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
Ability to work flexible or extended hours to meet business needs
Ability to consistently achieve a score of 96% or above on monitored customer call evaluations
Preferred
