Responsibilities
Provide hands-on, on-floor support to troubleshoot automation and equipment system issues
Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, and SCADA-related problems to minimize downtime
Support system setup, configuration, and validation of automated equipment
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure system reliability
Assist with root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation systems
Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with HMI and SCADA systems
Ability to support equipment systems in a production/manufacturing environment
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work on the production floor as needed
Preferred
Experience with MES systems (Körber MES experience is a plus)
Background in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with system integration and equipment communication protocols
