Visit Bucks County is looking for a friendly and organized Visitor Services Associate to connect with visitors and enhance their experience. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and engaging with the community at events and festivals.

Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer service to visitors via phone, email, and in person

Providing administrative support to the Visitor Services and VBC Team

Fulfilling requests for Destination Guides, trail prizes, and tourism information

Maintaining inventory and distribution statistics for Destination Guides

Working with local and state visitor centers to ensure Bucks County materials are stocked

Learning and sharing information about Bucks County attractions, towns, events, and accommodations

Using the CRM and website to track inquiries, leads, and contacts

Entering and maintaining accurate consumer and business data in the CRM

Preparing materials and assisting with setup for events, festivals, and tradeshows

Supporting event registration, including attendee check-in and name badge preparation

Researching tourism-related events, products, and industry programs

Scheduling and staffing visitor information tables at hotels and at local and regional events to engage directly with visitors and represent Visit Bucks County in a welcoming, professional manner

Representing Visit Bucks County at local and regional events

Other projects as needed
