Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with emphasis on PPM and related modules (Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio Management)
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules
Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, etc.)
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
Lead project planning sessions and present solution designs and progress updates to clients and internal teams
Create and maintain documentation including design specifications, process flows, and user guides
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and implement new features where applicable
Provide support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements for existing ServiceNow solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with proven expertise in ITBM/PPM modules
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.)
Solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, and related modules
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with strong project planning and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
