HRIS UKG Administrator

Responsibilities

Configure and support UKG Pro & WFM modules (HR, Payroll, onboarding, time/attendance, accruals, leave)
Maintain and enhance system functionality and integrations
Troubleshoot and resolve UKG system and user issues
Perform data audits and ensure data accuracy
Improve HR system workflows and reduce manual tasks
Test updates and fixes in UAT environment
Create and maintain system documentation
Support time clock hardware setup and connectivity
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end HRIS activities

UKG ProHRIS experiencePayroll experienceTime & attendance experienceHR system integrationsAnalytical skillsTime clock hardwareProblem-solving skills

Required

3+ years HRIS and/or payroll/time & attendance experience required
Knowledge of HR system integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
UKG Pro or WFM experience a plus (not required)
Experience with time clock hardware preferred
