Responsibilities

Identifying new business opportunities through warm connections, cold outreach, and telephone and email prospecting
Cultivating professional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level
Developing business using entrepreneurial and out-of-the-box strategies
Supporting senior level brokers in transaction management (i.e. identifying office space opportunities; scheduling tours, drafting proposals, providing lease comments and input on financial analyses)
Assembling space reports for client requirements by conducting market surveys, making calls to landlords and brokers, and identifying which buildings/spaces are worthwhile to present to a client
Providing leads, scheduling meetings, and staying in frequent contact with potential clients
Researching company growth and structure, building rollovers and leverage windows
Consistently refreshing and utilizing market knowledge to identify projects that Savills’ capabilities best align
Updating the team’s materials (i.e. comp maps and matrices) for meetings

Required

Preferred

1+ years of business development/outbound sales experience
Experience with high-volume strategic outbound prospecting
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
