$60/hr - $65/hrMetasys Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Concur Configuration & Travel Expense Systems Specialist to support and enhance enterprise travel and expense (T&E) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur configuration, integrations, and enterprise application support, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support SAP Concur Travel & Expense modules in alignment with business requirements and compliance policies
Manage and support integrations between SAP Concur and other enterprise systems, including ERP, HR, finance, and third-party travel platforms
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Travel & Expense platforms, ensuring system stability and data accuracy
Support additional enterprise applications, such as Corporate Intranet and other internal business applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions and preventive recommendations
Prepare and deliver system documentation, user guides, and presentations for business users and leadership
Participate in testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and production deployments
Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, features, and enterprise applications
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur configuration (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice preferred)
Extensive experience with Travel & Expense platforms and system integrations
Experience supporting enterprise applications, including corporate intranet platforms and other business systems
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience integrating SAP Concur with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, or Workday
Familiarity with SSO, APIs, file-based integrations, and middleware tools
Knowledge of finance, accounting, and compliance requirements related to T&E
Prior experience working in a global or multi-entity environment
