Akkodis is partnering with an exciting client seeking a highly skilled AI and Automation leader to drive innovation across the organization. This role focuses on shaping and leading AI and process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a global AI and automation roadmap that aligns with the organizations business objectives

Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise-scale automation projects, ensuring successful, timely, and quality delivery that meets business goals and maximizes ROI

Ensure seamless integration of new AI and automation solutions with core enterprise platforms, including Salesforce (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP), maximizing end-to-end process automation

Establish robust data governance frameworks for AI readiness. Champion the implementation of secure automation workflows while ensuring strict compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and adherence to ethical AI principles

Required

10+ years in progressive IT leadership or technical management roles, with at least 3–5 years focused on AI/automation strategy and implementation

Proven track record of successfully delivering and scaling enterprise-scale automation and digital transformation projects

Strong understanding of machine learning and generative AI principles and applications

Hands-on experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes and technologies

Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling techniques

Knowledge of data engineering and data governance best practices for AI readiness
