Responsibilities
Support full-cycle accounting
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with month-end close
Help produce accurate financial statements and reporting packages
Work directly with physician practices and internal business teams
Partner with leadership and FP&A on ad hoc analysis and projects
Improve processes and help scale a fast-moving finance function
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years accounting experience, highly value public accounting experience
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow
Preferred
CPA preferred, not required
