Responsibilities

Review, research, and create BPM cases, ensuring swift assignment of work and accurate case management

Leverage various resources to determine the appropriate course of action and deliver requests to the correct team promptly

Collaborate closely with underwriting and operations teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in case processing

Maintain a 2-hour turnaround time for all submissions to ensure timely case handling and resolution

Process submissions routed to both the 360 Mailbox and 360 Queue, ensuring cases are manually created

Remain accessible by phone throughout the day to field calls for the OMC line, providing responsive support as required
