Responsibilities
Engage face-to-face with consumers to educate them on current products, services, and promotions
Deliver high-quality customer service in retail and field environments
Represent client brands through in-person marketing and sales campaigns
Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive, professional experience
Serve as a point of contact for customer questions and basic account inquiries
Support daily sales and outreach goals while working alongside a team
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Comfortable working independently and within a team setting
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow through hands-on training
Preferred
Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related coursework is a plus—but not required
