Field Sales Representative

The role involves meeting motivated sellers, providing customer service, building rapport, and closing deals effectively.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home or on-site property visits with motivated sellers
Present offers and negotiate aggressively to secure win-win deals
Build instant rapport to earn trust and keep sellers engaged
Handle objections with confidence and control
Manage leads in Salesforce CRM with urgency
Collaborate with lead managers, underwriters, and acquisitions team to hit annual targets
Maintain a full pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship building
Close contracts in person at the table whenever possible
Qualification
Required
Proven sales success as a top performer
Relentless drive to hit and exceed sales quotas
Live by a mantra of 'never put off until tomorrow what you can tackle today'
Confident negotiator with strong closing skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Highly competitive and self-motivated with a 'no-excuses' mentality
Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly on appointments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
in-home, door-to-door, automotive, or high-ticket sales experience preferred
