Defend insurers in coverage disputes and bad-faith litigation from policy analysis to trial verdict

Manage subrogation recoveries in state and federal courts, coordinating investigations and expert witnesses

Draft and argue motions, including summary judgments and declaratory relief actions

Conduct depositions of adverse parties and experts in high-exposure matters

Lead or second-chair jury trials and arbitrations in NY/NJ venues
