The Senior Accountant will be responsible for producing and maintaining accurate financial records, executing month-end close procedures, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and lender covenants.

Responsibilities
Execute the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
Prepare detailed workpapers (rollforwards, reconciliations, aging schedules, details, etc.) for all balance sheet accounts
Propose and post standard and non-standard journal entries
Perform analytics on certain account variances
Support lender compliance reporting
Support year-end audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in working with financial systems
Ability to execute the monthly close process
Ability to manage account reconciliations
Ability to handle fixed asset accounting
Ability to prepare detailed workpapers for all balance sheet accounts
Ability to propose and post standard and non-standard journal entries
Ability to perform analytics on certain account variances
Ability to support lender compliance reporting
Ability to support year-end audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
Ability to assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
