Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for the sales team
Build targeted lead lists by leveraging Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, market research, and internal tools
Execute outbound sequences and event campaigns to engage high-potential prospects
Maintain a consistent weekly activity cadence (calls, emails, touches) aligned with defined KPIs
Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospecting activity and pipeline stages
Follow up on inbound inquiries, marketing-generated leads, and website trial sign-ups
Qualify leads using BANT, MEDDIC, or internal qualification frameworks
Identify prospect pain points and align them with solutions
Book qualified sales meetings (SQLs) for Account Executives and maintain accurate documentation in HubSpot
Meet or exceed monthly quotas for SQLs, meetings booked, and outbound touches
Collaborate with AEs to understand target accounts, ideal customer profiles, and conversion best practices
Prepare prospect data files for test or enrichment runs when needed
Assist with trial users by gathering initial details and passing qualified opportunities to AEs
Provide clean, accurate notes and context to ensure high-quality handoff to Sales
Work with Marketing to align outbound messaging, ICP prioritization, and campaign performance
Share front-line feedback to help refine positioning, outreach strategy, and targeting
Participate in weekly forecasting and pipeline-building discussions

Required

1–3 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role (SaaS, data, martech, or related industry preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
Ability to quickly identify customer needs and match them to product capabilities
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and outbound sales tools (e.g., Connect & Sell)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into expanded responsibilities
Excellent organization and time management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
