Responsibilities
Caregiver recruitment, applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring documentation
Support caregiver engagement, recognition, and retention programs
Partner with scheduling and operations teams to meet staffing needs
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR software
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred
Recruiting, HR, staffing, or customer service experience
