Responsibilities
Work closely with Structural Engineers as well as other internal and external team members. Project sizes will vary and will consist primarily of Biotech/Life Science and Industrial market sectors, and projects include both existing building modifications and new construction
Create and modify drawings while coordinating with other discipline drawings and models
Participate in project model reviews and coordination sessions using Navisworks
Able to think outside the box & demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
Ability to read, comprehend, and clearly communicate information in engineering drawings
Work with other BIM/CAD team members to ensure coordination across disciplines
Work under the direction of senior engineers to develop layout drawings and details in Revit and AutoCAD
Qualification
Required
4+ years' experience with AutoCAD and Revit Structure required
Must have detailing experience with building structures
Experience with an A/E firm or equivalent required
Structural Design Focus or Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High adaptability to learning new software and technology
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
Experience with clash coordination through Navisworks is an advantage
Bluebeam experience is a plus
