Support manufacturing with design engineering activities
Improve fixtures, tools, and assembly processes
Apply DFM principles to optimize product designs
Design and update assembly fixtures and tooling
Work onsite with cross-functional teams
Travel occasionally to Cranston, RI (quarterly)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of experience in manufacturing design support
Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Pro-E, Inventor)
Good understanding of DFM principles
Self-driven and hands-on
