Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will fully manage the complete recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage, creating a positive, engaging experience for all candidates and selection teams. Success will be measured by meeting time to hire and time to fill targets
Collaborate with hiring managers to fill open roles, understand their resource needs, and develop recruiting strategies for their roles. Success will be measured by meeting the hiring guidelines defined for the role
Review resumes and profiles, conduct interviews, and assess profiles to ensure alignment with the Givelify’s hiring standards
Manage and refine the talent acquisition processes from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Act as a brand ambassador for Givelify by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities
Build partner relationships with professional associations, colleges, universities, and other candidate sources to develop a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Take a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent
Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear communication, efficient scheduling, and structured interviews assessing skills and cultural fit
Conduct calibration meetings with hiring managers to align on role priorities, hiring strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and process adjustments
Act as a trusted talent advisor to our internal customers by providing market insights and refining sourcing approaches based on hiring trends
Deliver high-quality hires who align with Givelify’s culture and business needs
Ensure a fast, efficient, and engaging recruitment process from sourcing to the offer stage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in psychology, human resources, business, or a related field
3-4+ years of talent acquisition experience, with expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/Headhunting searches, networking events, and conferences
Full cycle recruiting experience, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and ensuring a seamless hiring process
Mission-driven, empathetic recruiter with a data-informed approach to hiring
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure sourcing success, optimize strategies, and improve hiring outcomes
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, other sourcing platforms, etc
