Responsibilities
Oversee fund accounting activities across multiple entities and investment vehicles
Manage and review work prepared by an outsourced fund administrator (QuickBooks)
Support accounting, finance, treasury, and audit functions
Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes
Monitor and support credit facility requirements, including borrowing bases (weekly/monthly)
Support investor reporting and internal financial analysis
Work closely with the CFO and accounting team on ad-hoc projects and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience, private or public (financial services preferred)
Strong fund accounting knowledge
Advanced Excel skills
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Self-starter with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Preferred
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Public accounting background is a plus
CPA or CPA candidate preferred
Private credit fund and/or borrowing base experience is a plus
