Compliance Officer / State Prog Admin Prin

Responsibilities
Supporting, developing, and monitoring a quality program that complies with regulating bodies and provides clients and patients with high quality care through the use of healthcare best practices, policies and performance improvement projects
Gathering, measuring and analyzing data used to monitor performance metrics, provide recommendations to program leadership and assist decision making and long-range planning
Creating a variety of documents and presentations including letters, research summaries, narrative reports and educational materials
Qualification
Required
Three years of healthcare licensing and accreditation experience in at least three of the following areas:
Healthcare management
Patient care delivery and system process
Patient care quality analytics
Patient care and data collection reporting
Compliance with Department of Human Services, Minnesota Department of Health, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services & The Joint Commission
Patient safety
Preferred
Degree in healthcare management, public administration, law, or clinical health professions
Experience in care delivery risk management
