Responsibilities
Lead major process improvement and automation initiatives to optimize cash application operations, leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency and scalability
Serve as the transformation champion for Vendor Management System (VMS) integrations (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.), identifying and implementing best practices for complex payment environments
Analyze workflows and key performance indicators to uncover root causes of inefficiency, proactively design and executing corrective actions that deliver lasting change
Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, and IT to resolve complex issues, streamline processes, and enhance cash flow
Establish and continuously refine standard operating procedures and internal controls, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and compliance requirements
Drive adoption of automation platforms (High Radius, Erecruit) and support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and user engagement
Prepare and present transformation progress reports to management, recommending actionable insights and strategic direction
Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of cash application specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning
Build high-performing teams by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and recognizing achievements
Communicate effectively across business units and with external clients, modeling collaborative leadership and driving alignment on transformation goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading transformation or change management initiatives in the staffing or professional services sector
Demonstrated success as a people leader, with a track record of developing talent and building engaged teams
Hands-on expertise with VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass) and ERP systems (Great Plains, SAP, Oracle, High Radius)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator and collaborator, able to influence stakeholders and drive results
Preferred
Experience with cash automation platforms and large-scale client billing environments preferred
