Responsibilities
Credit Analyst for branches; including but not limited to: spreading financials, financial/credit analysis, preparation of loan requests, loan relationship review, assisting with monitoring credit risk, and assisting with various portfolio management as needed
Appraisal Reviewer duties include preparing real estate evaluations and reviewing appraisals for various types of real estate properties
Assist with various Credit Administration functions as needed
Qualification
Required
Credit Analyst for branches; including but not limited to: spreading financials, financial/credit analysis, preparation of loan requests, loan relationship review, assisting with monitoring credit risk, and assisting with various portfolio management as needed
Appraisal Reviewer duties include preparing real estate evaluations and reviewing appraisals for various types of real estate properties
Assist with various Credit Administration functions as needed
Two or more years' experience in commercial real estate and appraisal review and/or commercial credit analysis
Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and familiarity with real estate appraisals and evaluations
Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to prioritize work load, work independently, perform with a high level of accuracy, and timeliness
Preferred
A 2-year technical degree/diploma, or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance
Recent technical or college graduates or soon to graduate candidates are encouraged to apply
