Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of business development strategies focused on the intersection of new technologies like generative AI and new industries
Identify emerging opportunities in industries reliant on large-scale data for training machine learning models such as marketplaces, social media, autonomous vehicles, healthcare, finance etc
Spearhead the development and launch of new service lines that is scalable, cost-effective, and delivers high-quality outcomes across multiple industries
Work cross-functionally with product, AI development, and operations teams to design and implement seamless workflows that combine human expertise with AI-powered tools for optimal T&S processes
Identify, evaluate, and lead the strategic partnerships with platforms specializing in T&S services
Negotiate contracts, manage integrations, and drive alignment with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration with these platforms, leveraging their capabilities to enhance the company's services offering
Drive client acquisition efforts by promoting the new service line to industries in need of T&S services
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their T&S needs and providing tailored, high-impact solutions
Develop a detailed revenue model for the new service line, focusing on achieving revenue targets through the commercialization of different solutions
Monitor and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure growth of the service line and the overall business
Represent TP at industry events, panels, and forums to position it as a leader in Trust & Safety
Advocate for ethical and responsible AI practices, regulatory alignment, and innovation in digital safety
Contribute to white papers, standards development, or public-private initiatives shaping the future of T&S
Continuously monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive offerings to inform strategy and innovation in T&S services
Identify whitespace opportunities and adjust service positioning to maintain competitive advantage
Develop market insights reports and present findings to executive leadership for strategic planning
Qualification
Required
Deep Domain Experience on Trust & Safety across multiple industry verticals like Social Media, Ecommerce, Dating, Gaming etc. to find new opportunities for growth
Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills
8+ years of proven success in leadership in the T&S industry
5+ years of leadership experience managing staff
Proven positive leadership skills
Successful track record of positively influencing and working effectively with all levels
10+ years of previous product / platform experience required
Ability to persuade and influence others with proven negotiation and sales skills and the ability to work at a senior level
Outstanding communication skills with leadership and executive-level partners – written and verbal
Being comfortable presenting in a group setting
Strong negotiation and business management skills
Must be highly detailed oriented with the ability to be productive, accountable, and manage to work under tight deadlines when needed
Great Team player and passionate about selling
