Responsibilities
Serve as the primary developer for Salesforce and related CRM systems
Collaborate with our Salesforce partner on user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and data security
Create and manage automation tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
Perform development work, including Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and AgentForce
Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms (NetSuite, Magento, DotDigital)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support operational decision-making
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support content
Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate features for potential adoption
Qualification
Required
Salesforce Administrator II Certification required (experience with nonprofit cloud a plus)
7+ years of experience developing in Salesforce environments
Experience with advanced configuration (complex cross platform flows, security and compliance)
Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, VisualForce, AgentForce. Familiarity with Data Cloud a plus)
Familiarity with enterprise platform integrations and API-based connections
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Additional certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, etc.) a plus
Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies preferred
