KCM TECHNICAL is seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to join their Cardiology Sales Operations team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively
Gather and understand business requirements; translate requirements into reports for analysis
Develop and maintain data models, data sources, and Tableau data extracts to support reporting needs
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams; including strategy, marketing, and IT to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
Optimize dashboards for performance, user experience, and data refresh efficiency
Support end users with troubleshooting, dashboard enhancements, and training as needed
Perform data analysis, identify trends, and validate data accuracy across multiple data sources

Qualification

TableauData visualizationData analysisSales operationsMedical industry experience

Required

3 - 5 years of related experience with Bachelors Degree OR 1 - 3 years with Masters
Tableau building experience for strategic dashboards
Experience developing for sales operations and sales support

Preferred

Medical Industry is a plus
