Collabera is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team. The role involves developing Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and supporting agile development cycles while collaborating with stakeholders to refine user stories.
Responsibilities
Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, Visualforce pages, and flows
Customize and configure SF Public Sector Solutions (PSS) components
Collaborate with business analysts and state stakeholders to refine user stories
Support sprint ceremonies and agile development cycles (2-week cadence)
Troubleshoot bugs, resolve production issues, and manage deployments
Integrate SF with external systems (e.g., data lakes, case management tools)
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer for future enhancements
Participate in code reviews and mentor mid-level devs on the team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SF development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows)
Strong experience customizing SF Government Cloud or Public Sector modules
Familiarity with data security and compliance in regulated environments
Experience working on large-scale enterprise or government implementations
Ability to work onsite in Lansing every other week
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
