Manage the end-to-end carrier contracting process for agencies
Ensure each agency remains compliant with carrier-specific requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers on compliance-related inquiries
Partner with agency leadership to address and resolve compliance issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to carrier contracts
Support continuous improvement of compliance and carrier management processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance operations, carrier management, or compliance
Strong knowledge of carrier contracting processes and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain carrier relationships
Preferred
Proficiency with insurance agency management systems or compliance platforms a plus
