Responsibilities
Sort and route medical records according to the process workflow
Review and validate data from medical records using MS Excel reports
Data enter medical record status into HEDIS database
Contact non-responsive providers to ensure receipt of HEDIS medical record request
Track and document status of provider calls
Fax HEDIS requests to medical office locations
Assist investigating contact information discrepancies with provider offices
Collaborate with all HEDIS team members to reach project goals
Attend HEDIS project staff meetings
Other duties as assigned by HEDIS team leadership
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Outlook) and other computer applications
Data entry and typing skills
Highly organized
Detail-Oriented
Preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Call center or phone related experience
Customer service oriented
Experience working in medical office setting
Experience with medical terminology
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Experience using Adobe/Pro
