Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a firmwide technology training strategy aligned to legal and business needs
Integrate technology learning into onboarding and ongoing professional development
Lead and develop a global team of technology trainers
Partner with IT, Learning & Development, and practice leaders to support adoption and change initiatives
Oversee learning platforms, content, and training effectiveness metrics
Maintain expertise in core legal technologies and ensure training remains current
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Prior experience in a law firm or legal professional services environment is essential
Extensive experience in technology training, instructional design, and people leadership
Demonstrated success delivering technology-focused learning for attorneys and legal staff
Strong understanding of legal applications such as document management systems, productivity platforms, practice management tools, and emerging AI solutions
Experience building training programs across litigation, corporate, and intellectual property practices
Proven ability to lead distributed teams and ensure consistent delivery across regions
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Client-service mindset with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
Willingness to travel and accommodate flexible schedules when needed
