Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT contracts including MSAs, SOWs, MOUs, Amendments, and Professional Service Agreements
Serve as the subject-matter expert for IT tendering, negotiations, and contract change management
Partner with Procurement, Legal, Audit, Risk, and business stakeholders to ensure contracts meet statutory, operational, and financial requirements
Track vendor obligations, deliverables, milestones, and performance incentives/remedies
Maintain contract repositories, workflows, templates, and governance processes
Conduct contract reviews, manage audits, mediate disputes, and drive continuous process improvement
Analyze market trends and ensure competitive vendor pricing and contract terms
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in IT contract management, procurement, or paralegal/contract administration
Strong background negotiating and managing technology and IT services agreements
Solid understanding of risk mitigation, licensing models, and vendor performance management
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Paralegal, Pre-Law, or related field
