Responsibilities
Identifying and sourcing new leads
Quoting and winning new business to achieve agreed annual targets
Developing relationships with customers, on boarding, and working with Operations team to ensure successful service within agreed SOPs, meeting customers expectations
Working collaboratively with Operational and Product teams
Updating and ensuring all relevant information is captured within CRM/ Sales Management System
Qualification
Required
Experience in international freight forwarding sales or logistics sales
Proven track record of identifying and sourcing new leads
Ability to quote and win new business to achieve agreed annual targets
Strong relationship-building skills with customers
Experience in onboarding customers and working with Operations teams
Ability to ensure successful service within agreed SOPs
Experience in updating and ensuring all relevant information is captured within CRM/Sales Management System
