Integral Care is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Travis County, dedicated to improving the lives of adults and children with mental illness and substance use disorders. The Program Manager will manage a community-embedded team providing high intensity case management and behavioral health services to clients exiting chronic homelessness, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care and overseeing program development and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

Managing services delivery and team operations

Ensuring provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective

Responsible for clinical and administrative supervision of staff

Identifying and implementing strategies for ongoing program development

Engaging staff to ensure highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources

On-call responsibilities may be required depending on unit protocols

Regular, predictable onsite attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position

May require a flexible work schedule

Required

Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field

Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record
