Regional Sales Manager

Cosmo's Superior Foods is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee business development operations in the Southeast Region of the US. This role will involve working directly with Pet Specialty retailers to optimize and grow sales opportunities while achieving sales goals and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop a formula and strategy for new business and growing existing business. To include: US Pet Specialty Retail
Maintain communications and update customer database with all account information
Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales revenue, percentage increase/decrease and potential sales volume
Assist in determining customer needs, customer programs, volume & margin potential and forecasting
Recommend and implement sales programs to grow business: promotions, product displays, signage, P.O.P., spiff programs, sales contests, sales meetings, dealer training, trade show & open house events, etc
Organize, plan and assist in representing company at trade shows, open houses and sales-related functions to promote product line. Follow up to maximize sales with contacts
Write and implement annual sales plan for Territory including forecast & budget
Update and maintain CRM

Required

Oversee the Cosmo's Superior Foods business development operations in the Southeast Region of the US
