Responsibilities
Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services
Collects and enters quotations or orders for new or additional products or services
Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
Follows up on open quotations to obtain orders
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification

Possess strong analytical aptitude
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software

Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
Reports to Inside Sales Manager / Team Lead. Works closely with Purchasing Department, Engineering/Quality Department and Field Service Department
Visa holders/English as Second Language (ESL) individuals must take TOEFL exam and score above passing grade
Preferred
German Language skills would be a plus
