Own development of new customer-facing social networking experiences
Work closely with founders, product designers, and research teams
Build internal tools used by both the team and AI agents
Help design the structure of an agentic AI-driven platform
Optimize systems for speed, reliability, and scale
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience at product-driven tech companies
Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern web technologies
Ability to thrive with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast iteration
Preferred
Backend experience (TypeScript / Bun preferred; Nest.js a plus)
Experience with microservices and infrastructure tools (e.g. RabbitMQ)
Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis)
Exposure to AI/ML pipelines
