Educate customers on our eco-friendly lawn care solutions and integrated pest management practices

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in team leadership, management, or supervisory roles within a fast-paced environment
A solid background in marketing, sales, or customer service, with a preference for hands-on door-to-door experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and connect
Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to excel both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
A genuine interest in environmentally responsible practices and community involvement
Willingness to participate in ongoing paid training and professional development initiatives
