Responsibilities
Provide phone and email support for incoming sales inquiries from customers and the outside sales team
Manage assigned accounts, including order processing, quoting, and driving account growth
Support outside sales representatives with orders, quotes, and occasional procurement of parts
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Positive and professional attitude with strong attention to detail
Preferred
Previous customer service experience
Understanding of electrical parts or technical product knowledge
Spanish language skills (passive fluency preferred)
