Service Coordinator
Signode is a company looking for a Service Coordinator to manage the planning and scheduling of Field Service Technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance work. The role involves identifying sales opportunities and ensuring customer service excellence through effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
Responsibilities
Maintain cases, workorders and workflow of the customers’ request of service
Utilize the service management system to accurately input the customer’s information and equipment
Schedule an appropriate time for service
Send quotes, order confirmations and invoices to customers
Continuously audit mature cases, work orders, bookings, NAV Report and posts
Assist Regional Service Managers in emergency scheduling, monitor the closing out of open orders
Contribute to operational excellence and continuous process improvements for the department
Determine and communicate possible sales opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Assist the Service Administration Department with other related administrative activities in the department
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years' experience working in customer service or dispatching
Experience scheduling service calls
ERP system experience
